في إطار برنامجه لإقامة سلسلةٍ من المعارض للفنانات والفنانين السودانيين، للتعريف بهم، وبتجاربهم وأعمالهم، يشرِّف قسم الفنون التشكيلية بموقع "سودان للجميع" ويسعد القائمين عليه كثيراً أن يُخَصَصْ أول هذه المعارض للمبدع الراحل/الباقي الأستاذ حسين شريف. يقتصر هذا المعرض، بطبيعة الحال، على أعماله التشكيلية. وسيشمل هذا الاحتفاء عروضاً لإبداعه السينمائي والشعري، مصحوبةً بنصوصٍ تعرف به وبأعماله في هذين المجالين الإبداعيين، في القسمين المخصصين لكلٍ منهما.

ونتوجه بعميق الشكر والامتنان لأسرته لتعاونها السخيِّ، الكريم، معنا وتزويدها لنا بمجموعة لوحاته المعروضة في هذا القسم.

Présentation

Dans le cadre de son programme visant à organiser une série d'exposition des artistes soudanais, pour faire connaître leurs expériences et leurs œuvres, notre section d'arts plastiques a le grand honneur d'inaugurer ces expositions par l'œuvre de notre grand artiste Hussein Shariff, qui fut aussi un grand cinéaste et poète.

Nous rendons hommage, parallèlement, à ses œuvres cinématographiques et poétiques dans les deux sections respectives.

Nous remercions chaleureusement sa famille du soutien généreux qu'elle nous a apporté et de nous avoir fourni les photos de ses tableaux ici exposés.

Foreword

Within the framework of its program to organize a series of exhibitions showing the works of Sudanese artists, to expose them and their varied experiences to a wider audience, we are honored, in the plastic art section of the Sudan for all website, to inaugurate the program with assigning the first of these events to the life and works of the great artist, the late Hussein Shariffe, whose creativity is of everlasting relevance. The exhibition will, of course, be limited to his contributions to the wealth of Sudanese plastic arts. The celebration of Shariffe’s experience will also include presentations of some of his cinema productions and some of his poetry, in the two sections respectively, accompanied with texts shedding some light on his contributions in these two areas of his creative endeavor.
We are very grateful to the generous offer of his family who has provided us with some of his works, shown in the plastic arts section.
