صندوق دعم الكتاب والفنانين السودانيين
 

نبعت هذه الفكرة من واقع الأوضاع التاريخية، المادية والإعلامية، المزرية التي ظلت تعيشها الغالبية العظمى من كتابنا وفنانينا في الدولة السودانية الحديثة، وعلى وجه الخصوص أصحاب العقول والمواقف والاتجاهات النقدية والتجديدية الجذرية منهم. والأمثلة على ذلك لا تحصى، فكم من مبدعينا الكبار مَن قضوا حياتهم يرزحون تحت مذلة الفقر المدقع والمرض والإحباط، وقضوا نحبهم. وكم منهم، ممن لا يزالون على قيد الحياة، يعيشون في أوضاعٍ على قدرٍ لا يصدق من البؤس والضنك.

تسعى الجمعية السودانية للدراسات والبحوث في الآداب والفنون والعلوم الإنسانية إلى المساهمة في البحث عن الوسائل المختلفة الممكنة التي تساعد مبدعينا ومبدعاتنا، في كافة حقول الإبداع، في تكريس الوقت الكافي لعملهم الإبداعي. كما تسعى الجمعية للتعريف بهم محلياً وإقليمياً وعالمياً، والعمل على تطوير هذه الوسائل لضمان نشر أعمالهم، مثل طبع الكتب والكتالوجات، إنتاج الأفلام، تسجيل الأعمال الموسيقية وإقامة المعارض والعروض الفنية المختلفة، ما يكفل لهم توفير المناخ الملائم للعمل الإبداعي، عن طريق مردود إنتاجهم نفسه أولاً، ثم الدعم المعنوي والمادي المؤسسي الذي نشارك فيه جميعاً باعتباره ديناً لهم في أعناقنا وليس تبرعا ولا تصدقاً ولا مِنَّة.

ونحن نصبو إلى تطوير هذا المشروع بمشاركة كل من يعنيهم هذا الأمر ويشكل بالنسبة لهم هماً أساسياً. ولذا فإننا ننتظر اقتراحاتكم وآراءكم من أجل المضي به قدماً إلى حيز التنفيذ. وسنعمل على نشر الاقتراحات والتعريف بالخطوات التي تمّ انجازها على صفحات هذا الباب بالموقع أولاً بأول.

Fonds de soutien aux écrivains et aux artistes soudanais

Cette idée est née d'une longue réflexion sur la situation historique d'indigence, matérielle et médiatique, dans laquelle vivent la grande majorité de nos écrivains et artistes dans l'Etat soudanais moderne, et plus particulièrement ceux connus pour leurs pensées, leurs positions et leurs tendances critiques et novatrices radicales. Les exemples sont innombrables. Combien de nos grands créateurs ont passé leurs vies dans l'humiliation de l'extrême pauvreté, de la maladie, de la frustration? Combien en ont péri? Et combien d'entre eux vivent aujourd'hui dans des conditions misérables effroyables?

La Société Soudanaise des Etudes et Recherches sur les Arts, Lettres et Sciences Humaines aspire à contribuer à la recherche du développement des moyens pouvant aider nos créateurs et créatrices dans tous les domaines de la création, à se consacrer à leur œuvre. Elle aspire également à les faire connaître sur les scènes locale, régionale et internationale en oeuvrant pour une plus large diffusion de leurs œuvres, à travers la publication des livres et catalogues, la production de leurs films, l'enregistrement d'œuvres musicales et l'organisation de concerts et de manifestations artistiques. Cette diffusion pourrait leur garantir des conditions propices aux activités créatrices, grâce d'abord aux bénéfices issus de leur production même, mais aussi au soutien moral que nous devons leur apporter dans une démarche structurée.
Nous espérons réaliser ce projet avec tous ceux que cette question concerne et pour lesquels il représente une préoccupation principale. Aussi attendons-nous vos suggestions afin de le faire progresser. Nous publierons sur les pages de cette rubrique vos propositions ainsi que tous les pas accomplis.

Sudanese Artists' and Writers' Support Fund

The idea of organizing a support fund for the creative Sudanese artists and writers emanated from the keen desire to rectify the miserable historical, material and exposure situation in which the majority of our creative minds lived, through out the era of the modern Sudanese state. This miserable situation has been more acute with those who have courageously expressed a radically critical and innovative stands. The examples are innumerable. We have just to contemplate the actual number of Sudanese artists and writers who lived through out their entire lives in the bondage to poverty, destitute and illness and perished without even being recognized. This is not to mention the number of those who still enrich our life, yet living in immeasurable poverty and wretchedness.

The Sudanese Society for Research on Arts and Humanities aspires to look for different possible proposals for supporting Sudanese writers, artists , and creative individuals in all domains of creative activity by making it possible for them to devote most of their time for creative activities, and through introducing them to local and international audiences. It also hopes to promote such means as to ensure the publication of their works, such as the printing of books; producing catalogs and films; recording musical compositions and organizing exhibitions and artistic shows of all kinds . It is hoped that the proceeds from such activities shall help to provide both financial and spiritual support to such identified individuals. This is not coming out of a charitable condoning attitude towards those great individuals, but returning back a flimsy part of the debt we owe such individuals for their effort to enrich our life.

Such project is anticipated to be carried out by the active involvement of those who are genuinely concerned.
